Your fanwork should not be posted publicly on the internet until it has been live with TLB for at least one month.
The way I post now, I post on AO3, and then put pointers to it from my journal. Is this rule precluding me from advertising a fic I write in my own journal? Or is my reading comprehension shot with the fact I've been awake too long?
And the main reason I am balking is because if I put the effort to create 15,000 words, I sure as heck want people to know it exists pretty quickly to get some kind of feedback incentive for the effort.
